Our Process

Booking Your Session
Guests can select a suitable shooting date and complete the reservation on the website, and we will confirm it with a specialist within 36 hours.

Deposit & Questionnaire
Guests are required to pay a 50% deposit within three days and will receive shooting instructions, a questionnaire, and terms and conditions. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. We offer various payment methods for your convenience.
03.
Relax on the Shooting Day
On the day of the shoot, the team will communicate with you about everything from makeup and hair to shooting methods to ensure a smooth process and aim for 100% satisfaction.

If you choose an in-home shoot, the photographer will wash their hands, change into clean clothes, and wear a mask before interacting with your baby. Your family's safety and health are our top priority.

Deliver, Select & Share
You'll receive several selected photos the day after the shoot, and the complete JPG photos will be emailed within 20 days. Clients can choose photos for retouching within one month; retouching takes approximately 60 days. If you purchase a photo album or oil painting, an additional 20 days are required. We look forward to seeing you again for your next family portrait or birthday party!

A Dual-Shot Documentary.
The first shoot is scheduled around 28–32 weeks of pregnancy, meticulously capturing the mother's most radiant and curvaceous period in maternity photos. The second shoot takes place when the baby is about 4–7 months old, returning to the studio for a simple and natural reshoot with the same styling, angles, and feel.
FAQ
Have the props and costumes been cleaned and disinfected?
Yes. All props and costumes were carefully selected by the photography team and underwent cleaning and disinfection procedures to ensure safe and hygienic use.
Will the baby squirming, feeding, or changing diapers during the photoshoot affect the schedule?
Changing poses, feeding/refilling, ventilation, changing diapers, and soothing the baby are all included in the service time.
Based on past experience, it's normal for babies to fuss, eat, and rest during the photoshoot. Our team has pre-planned these times to ensure the desired shots and style are presented perfectly.
Professional Advice:
Parents are advised to feed their baby approximately 15-30 minutes before the photography team arrives and to prepare at least two feedings of formula and pacifiers for the baby's needs during the shoot.
Extra shooting time can be added on-site if available.
If I choose to have the photoshoot taken at my home, will the photographer clean or disinfect the house upon entering?
If guests choose to add an in-home photoshoot service, the photographer will remove their shoes before entering the house, change into clean clothes, and wear a mask. They will also thoroughly wash and disinfect their hands before handling the baby.
We place great importance on the safety and health of newborns and their families. All procedures before contact with the infant prioritize hygiene and safety, ensuring parents can enjoy the photoshoot with peace of mind at home.
Can I reschedule?
If the request is made 21 days or more before the shooting date, one free rescheduling is allowed; for the second rescheduling within 21 days, an administrative fee of HK$450 will be charged each time; if the rescheduling is made within 48 hours before the shooting date, an administrative fee of HK$850 will be charged each time.
What kind of clothing would you recommend for a family photo?
We recommend wearing solid-colored clothing, or a tank top, for photos showing skin-to-skin contact with your baby. Mothers can opt for additional makeup and hair services for an even better overall look.
Is it necessary to maintain silence on set? Can multiple people accompany us?
It is recommended to keep the environment as quiet as possible and limit the number of people present, ideally no more than five, in order to reduce external influences and improve cooperation during filming.
Will natural light be used during the shoot? What kind of cooperation do we need to provide?
This photo was taken under natural light, so it is recommended to position the camera near a window to ensure the best lighting effect.
How long does the group photo take? How is the service time calculated?
The photo session will last approximately 20 minutes. The service officially begins the moment the photographer arrives at the shooting location and completes the initial contact with the client.
Are pets allowed on the day of the shoot?
If you have pets, it is recommended to keep your distance outside of the time they are in the frame to avoid noise or disturbance that could affect your baby's well-being.
Can I transfer the booking for a photoshoot?
After you pay the deposit, we will reserve your designated shooting date and time. The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to others or used for other services offered by our company (the latest prices on the website will be deducted for new bookings).
Does this include clothing for the baby, mother, and father?
We will provide baby clothes, and we also suggest preparing a family outfit. Our studio also provides clothes for mothers and T-shirts for fathers.
Retouching includes body shaping and skin smoothing for both mother and father.
Yes, basic slimming and skin-beautifying adjustments are limited to mothers and fathers; they cannot adjust clothes, hair, or facial expressions.
When will the full set of photos be delivered after the shoot?
The full set of photos (including lighting and color correction) will be available for download online within 20 business days from the date of the shoot, and will be available for download within 2 months.
