Our Process

Booking Your Session
Guests can select a suitable shooting date and complete the reservation on the website, and we will confirm it with a specialist within 36 hours.

Deposit & Questionnaire
Guests are required to pay a 50% deposit within three days and will receive shooting instructions, a questionnaire, and terms and conditions. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. We offer various payment methods for your convenience.
03.
Relax on the Shooting Day
On the day of the shoot, our team will discuss everything from makeup and hair to the shooting style with you to ensure a smooth process and achieve 100% satisfaction.

If you choose Newborn's in-home shooting service, the photographer will change into clean clothes and wear a mask before interacting with your baby. Your family's safety and health are our top priority.
04.
Deliver, Select & Share
You'll receive several selected photos the day after the shoot, and the complete JPG photos will be emailed within 20 days. Clients can choose photos for retouching within one month; retouching takes approximately 60 days. If you purchase a photo album or oil painting, an additional 20 days are required. We look forward to seeing you again for your next family portrait or birthday party!
