Our Process

Booking Your Session
Guests can select a suitable shooting date and complete the reservation on the website, and we will confirm it with a specialist within 36 hours.
02.
Deposit & Questionnaire
Guests are required to pay a 50% deposit within three days and will receive shooting instructions, a questionnaire, and terms and conditions. If you select decoration services, a specialist will arrange the setup and provide design drawings. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. We offer various payment methods for your convenience.
03.
Relax on the Shooting Day
On the day of the shoot, the team will communicate with you about the shooting method to ensure a smooth process and aim for 100% satisfaction.
04.
Deliver, Select & Share
You will receive several selected photos the day after the shoot, and the complete JPG photos will be emailed within 10 days. Clients can download the photos from the online gallery within two months.
Customized layout design process
01.
Inquiry and quotation：
We will recommend suitable decoration packages based on your needs and budget, and provide professional advice and quotes.
02.
Design drawings
- The first design draft will be completed within 7 days.
- Subsequent revisions will be completed within 3 days.
- Two major revisions are included, with unlimited minor adjustments.
03.
Confirm design
Once you are satisfied with the design drawings and layout plan, complete the entire customized layout process and pay the full balance on the day of the photoshoot.

FAQ
Does the setup include shipping costs?
Yes, our setup package includes shipping and door-to-door delivery.
On the setup day, we will be responsible for delivering all materials to the site, and our team will handle the on-site installation.
After the setup is complete, do I need to dismantle it myself?
Yes, the basic package is to be dismantled by the guest (or the guest can arrange the dismantling themselves).
We will teach you a simple dismantling method after the setup is complete to make the process easier.
Can I add the demolition service?
Sure! If you purchase additional decorations (such as balloons, flowers, props, etc.), we can include cleanup and disposal services in the price. The cost will vary depending on the items and will be provided in the quote.
What is the policy regarding the rescheduling?
Rescheduling before 21 days: One free rescheduling is available.
• Rescheduling within 21 days: A rescheduling fee of $450 will be charged.
• Temporary rescheduling (less than 7 days or the same day): A fee of $850 will be charged.
We will try our best to accommodate your new schedule. We recommend notifying us as early as possible to avoid additional fees.
How many hours does the entire customization process typically take?
After paying a $500 deposit, the first design draft will be produced within 7 days.
• Subsequent drafts will be produced within 3 days each time.
